"I hear Dzianis speaking Russian for the first time." Popular Belarusian-speaking car blogger gave an interview in Russian. Commentators asked many questions.

The language question in the comments is being discussed as actively as the video's topic itself.

Belarusian Dzianis Maytak is a popular Belarusian car blogger. The guy is well-versed in the technical aspects, so in addition to standard engine repair, he works on their refinement, making them more powerful.

In total, the man has more than 10 years of experience working with car engines, and for the past few years, he has actively maintained a blog on Instagram. Currently, Dzianis has over 16 thousand subscribers. All his videos are made in rich Belarusian language.

Recently, an interview with him was released on av.by — the video was dedicated to a service the blogger started providing last year. In addition to repairing and improving cars, Dzianis began to specialize in selecting used engines.

Since the blogger's audience is accustomed to all his content being exclusively in Belarusian, many comments appeared under the Russian-language video, concerning not the content of the episode, but the language.

Many note that they had never heard the man speak Russian, so it's unusual for them.

"It's very unusual to see Dzianis speaking Russian," notes one viewer.

"It's a pity that Dzianis speaks Russian here. I assume that most of his subscribers, seeing an episode with him, hoped that he would speak the same language here as he uses in his blog," reads one of the most liked comments under the video.

There are also many comments under the video like: "Where is the Belarusian language, Dzianis?", "The language is better", "Why not in Belarusian?".

"Surprised to hear him in Russian, I'm used to listening to his blog in Belarusian," "Am I the only one whose ears were bothered by Dzianis's Russian speech?" — these are other comments, originally written in Russian.

"It's a great pity that this episode was not made in Belarusian. Like for Dzianis's mustache!" — notes the viewer.

Another wrote: "Like for Dzianis's ending," — thanking the blogger for saying goodbye to the audience in Belarusian, stating: "Be kind to each other and until new meetings."

Under the blogger's Instagram post, almost all comments concern the language, not the content.

"Dzianis sounds somewhat unusual when he doesn't speak Belarusian," "I hear Dzianis speaking Russian for the first time."

Besides automotive topics, the guy is interested in traveling around Belarus, for which he uses an aging Mitsubishi minivan, into which he installed a 3-liter diesel engine with an automatic transmission from a BMW.
