It was 4%, it will be 5%.

As of January 1, 2026, an amendment to tax legislation concerning the payment of winnings to individuals has come into force.

Income tax on winnings paid out by Belarusian gambling organizers has increased from 4% to 5%.

The gambling establishments themselves must calculate and withhold income tax at the new rate of 5%. They are also required to keep records of paid income and withheld tax for each player in the Cash and Gambling Equipment Control System.
